To whom it may concern:
I am writing on behalf of Mr. Weiwu Zhao. Mr. Zhao stated the following conditions about his computer seized by the police:
1. Windows XP was the operating system installed on the computer. Windows XP was no
longer supported by Microsoft and thus has bad security. 2. The computer has no login password. 3. Only free versions of anti-virus software, including Kingsoft Antivirus and 360 Total
Security, were installed on the computer. 4. Several popular search engines, including Google, Emule, and Baidu, were used on the
computer. No passwords were required to use the search engines.
We believe a computer working under such conditions is very vulnerable to malicious hacker attacks.
Sincerely,
yang
